Kudos to you, you’re probably one of the few people to admit that they’re jealous. While jealousy expressed in its extreme forms (think Facebook stalking and checking your guy’s SMSes) can be destructive and damaging to the relationship, the emotion itself is perfectly normal.

Don’t suffer in silence! The anger and resentment could manifest themselves in unattractive and unreasonable ways, such as throwing tantrums and giving him the silent treatment. Not only would he be wondering what he did to piss you off, he could also grow impatient and upset with you for treating him unfairly.

Speak to your guy about how it bothers you whenever girls flirt with him. You didn’t mention if he flirts back, but I’m sure if you told him how you’re uncomfortable with it, he’ll try to ease your fears by behaving more appropriately with his female friends or including you more often in the conversations.
