Career bliss is something you find when you’ve come to realize that you would work a job even if you didn’t get paid.  Choose to follow your bliss with these tips:

1. Know your true potential
You can’t succeed at finding the job of your dreams unless you know where your talents lie. If you’re not sure where your talents lie, sites such as this one can give you some ideas. But one of the best ways to finding out what your talents are is to go out and try the different jobs out there – go ahead and take up internships that you can see yourself doing.

2. Follow your passion, but be realistic
Once you’ve found out your potential, the next step is to align your strength with the career you feel most passionate about. List down a few professional careers you can see yourself doing and evaluate each one of tem in terms of employment prospect. What is the job structure in this field in the next two decades? Ask people who have been in the same job for advice.

3. Dedicate yourself to working hard and working smart
Once you know what you’re good at and have a rough plan of how you can get it, be prepared to work hard and smart. Always ensure that what you can offer is something unique, valued and indispensable. You are most likely going to excel at what you do because you’re tapping into your true potential, and you’re also going to not mind the hard work because you’ve got the passion.
